Signature Treatment
Swedish massage, done the classic way
Long, gliding strokes follow the direction of blood flow toward the heart. Pressure stays light to medium. This is the massage built for relaxation, not deep muscle work. If you need firmer pressure, ask about our deep tissue or sports massage instead.
- Relaxes tight muscles, increases circulation, and releases fascia throughout the body.
- Stimulates the lymphatic system to support detoxification and immune function.
- Leaves you with an overall sense of calm – the kind that reduces stress and clears your mind for days after.
Add hot stones, aromatherapy, or a CBD oil blend to any Swedish massage – ask your therapist when you book.
The Neighborhood
A few fun facts about Pacific Heights
Serenity sits on Union Street at the foot of one of San Francisco’s grandest neighborhoods.
1853
The oldest building still standing in Pacific Heights, the Leale House on Pacific Avenue, predates the neighborhood itself by nearly two decades.
1870s
Pacific Heights took shape as cable car lines reached the ridge, and small Victorian homes began climbing the hill that gives the neighborhood its name.
1906 and beyond
Many of those early Victorians were lost in the great earthquake and fire. What rose in their place – grander Edwardian and Victorian mansions – is what gives the neighborhood its stately look today.
